Philosphy - I'm a Professional who works by Referral instead of the average agent who works by spending hours cold calling and is thinking only about the next transaction. I provide a level of service to my clients that hopefully surpasses all expectations in order for them to refer me to friends and family that would like to receive the same level of service. This allows me to focus more attention on my clients before, during and after a sale. I can provide referrals for all types of businesse not just those related to the real estate transaction! My business doesn't grow if I don't provide an exceptional level of service.

For buyers to gain every advantage possible  first things first I  meet with them to provide a step by step game plan for how the home buying process is suppose to go that will include a range of topics and options for the buyers, discuss my experience and expertise that i bring to the table, provide a customized home search process so valuable time is spent previewing homes they want to see and few they don't and let them know what to expect each step of the way.
 
For Sellers I start with my Blueprint approach to the Selling a home whether its their first experience or not by asking questions, listening, making recommendations, presenting a customized market strategy and managing expectations throughout the process. When we meet you'll know upfront how I work and what I'll do and won't do to getting your home sold.  I'll show why I love what I do through actions not just words and keep you updated every step of the way.
